OFFICER'S & COMMITTEE REPORTS

Treasurer’s Report:      

Treasurer's report was accepted as printed.

Tournament Committee:  Held the draw for the for the Club Classic on Lake Kerr, out of Rudd’s both days. Hours are 1 November Saturday 0700-1600 and 2 November Sunday 0615-1500. Remember to set your clocks back Saturday night.

Clothing Committee:  None

Old Business: Motion to L.D. Kinsey on the Club Checking Account as well as all bank paperwork.

New Business:  Those people whose FLW Membership expires in a few months have been told to renew ASAP.  Your TBF and State Dues are due to be paid by 2 December 2009. Our Club Roster must be received by the State and TBF no later than 15 December 2008. If you do not pay your dues you will not be on the Roster. State and TBF Dues are $35.00.  I must have your FLW Membership Number and Expiration date on the Roster.

Region 7 Business: 2009 Mr. BASS will be held at Smith Mountain Lake on April 4 and 5, 2009 for TBF. TBF will hold only 1 Chapter Team Tournament next year. 2009 Mr. BASS will be held at Lake Gaston  on April 4 and 5, 2009 for BFN. 2009 Chapter Team Tournament will be held at  Lake Kerr October 24 and 25, 2009 for BFN. Next year the Don Sprinkle Tournament will not count towards our 50% youth participation. The TBF Youth Director is looking to hold a few Open Tournaments next year to help raise money for the TBF Youth. She is also looking for a hat or T Shirt Sponsor.
